Pacific IPA by Canediguerra The latest addition to the Canediguerra core range is the Pacific IPA, the first beer from the Alessandria brewery also designed for the can format. made exclusively with Maris Otter malt toasted at low temperatures and with Australian and New Zealand hops, also used in dry hopping. at sight: amber, with medium-lasting foam. on the nose: tropical fruit salad, pineapple, mango, passion fruit and above all coconut. in the mouth: malty and sweet attack, with a dense fruity texture. body of medium persistence and discreet roundness, which slightly winks at the velvety sensation of modern juicy IPA. decisive and marked bitter finish but without extremism.
