The Bière de Miel is a beautiful amber craft beer which has the particularity of being an organic beer. Therefore malts, honey and hops come from organic farming. This top-fermented beer is the result of a long tradition since it was produced in 1880. Little by little it was abandoned, until in 1997 the Dupont brewery decided to resume its production. As the name suggests, this beautiful amber-colored Belgian beer is typically brewed with honey. On the nose, we obviously find the flavor of honey, but also some spicy notes of yeast. In the mouth, this beer surprises. Honey truly satisfies the flavor without ever being disgusting. At the same time, this beer does not have a sweet profile and the entire tasting is well guided by a very subtle acidity. A high quality product from the Dupont brewery, where 8% never takes over the aromatic qualities.
