Description
Free Lions Edgar Allan Pone 33 Cl is a canned beer produced in Italy by Free Lions Brewery, in the Gose/Grodziskie style, with a ruby ??red color and an alcoholic strength of 0.05, with a sour taste profile. This artisanal drink has a rosy appearance with foam with pink reflections, resulting from the addition of fermenting raspberries from the Cimini Mountains together with whole sea salt, which give mineral, fruity and savory notes to the aromatic profile. The typical acidity of the Gose style emerges in the mouth, balanced by salt and hints of raspberry, on a must base with acidified malted barley and wheat. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C in a glass to appreciate its structure, ideal for pairing with dishes based on smoked fish, fresh blue cheeses or raw oysters, in horeca contexts such as structured aperitifs or thematic tastings. The Gose style, originally from Lower Saxony, is distinguished by the use of wheat and the saline characterization, here reinterpreted with local ingredients for a balance between flavor, acidity and fruit. This beer in a 33 cl can format is suitable for both individual consumption and B2B supplies for venues attentive to fruity sour references.
