Oude Beersel Lambic Vieux
Lambic puro di un anno dalle intense note brettate "funky": cantina, sudore, pelle di salame, cuoio, formaggio. Tutto il corollario di un grande Lambic insieme a note citriche, di frutta bianca, frutta acerba e lieve reminiscenza di frutta tropicale. Come tutte le produzioni di Oud Beersel predilige una acidità più mansueta ed elegante.
