Colleformica Formica Pazza Gialla 2023 From Malvasia di Candia (80%) and Trebbiano Giallo (20%) grapes, harvested manually in the first ten days of September. The grapes are pressed directly in the press and sent to spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass. The refermentation takes place in the bottle, through the addition of frozen must during the harvest. No type of clarification or filtration is carried out.
