Sieman Sentiero Del Tasso 2023 From Garganega grapes grown on soils of calcareous origin with the presence of basalt. At the end of August the shoots of some Garganega vines are cut. This cut allows the grapes to dry and begin to dehydrate. The grapes, harvested at the end of October, are put directly into the press. In that period the cellar is still rich in yeasts, the must begins to ferment very slowly after a few days. The wine is then refined in exhausted oak barriques.
