Il Mastio CorrosIPA
After having explored the world of American hops with Rifle and Route77, Il Mastio decided to raise the bar: thus the American IPA CorrosIPA was born, made with the best hops from the Yakima Valley and which looks with great fidelity to stylistic tradition. Poured into the glass it is amber, pale, with citrus (grapefruit, mandarin), herbaceous, resinous and pine olfactory notes in the full tradition of old school IPAs. On the palate it has a full and enveloping maltiness which contrasts well with the powerful final resinous bitterness.
