Il Mastio Litha
Litha was the Celtic name for the summer solstice, in fact this beer is part of the Montelago line that Il Mastio produces for the Celtic festival of the same name. A Blanche linked to the territory, brewed with self-produced barley, with Marche wheat from the Alto Macerata area and spiced with coriander and cardamom. Poured into the glass it is golden, opalescent, with a generous cap of white foam. The herbaceous, citrus and resinous/mentholed notes given by the spices used stand out on the nose. In the mouth it is dry and thirst-quenching with a pleasant final acidity.
