Father's habit color with ruby ??reflections, clear, with compact and fairly persistent beige foam. Clean aroma in which caramel and red fruit in spirit are highlighted while a light toasting remains in the background. On the palate the elements already described in the olfactory part are found, therefore caramel and red fruit in alcohol (cherry, black cherry and sultanas). The alcohol content, far from being annoying, blends with the elements of taste, pleasantly warming the drinker. The bitterness is delicate and present in the right quantity to balance the drink.
