Description
In making its first beer, the Epica brewery from Messina decided to stand out from the crowd and create a classic Pale Ale, but taking inspiration from the British tradition rather than the sometimes overused American tradition. The result is an amber Pale Ale with orange reflections which, when poured into the glass, welcomes with malty notes of caramel, red fruit and biscuit, and with the floral and herbaceous notes of English hops. In the mouth it has a medium malty attack, the mouthfeel is quite smooth and the carbonation is light (as per British tradition). Fruity taste and gentle bitterness complete the picture of a true British Real Ale.
