It's a beer with a bold character, built on a rich and luminous malty base, where the style's signature notes—ripe fruit, delicate spices, and an enveloping alcoholic warmth—are intertwined with a truly unique ingredient: Sicilian black bee honey. This rare and deeply aromatic honey adds golden, Mediterranean nuances: hints of wild flowers, scrubland herbs, and a balsamic touch that rounds out the taste without ever weighing it down. The result is an intense yet balanced Tripel, soft on the palate and progressively more complex, with a long, warm, and slightly honeyed finish.
