10% Imperial stout. Top-fermented dark beer characterized by the use of chocolate malts, tonka bean and cinnamon; On the nose the chocolate is well balanced with the aromas of the bean which distinctly recall vanilla and dried fruit, while in the mouth the presence of cinnamon is clearer and flows softly thanks to the massive use of oats; at the end of the drink you can still perceive the bean with its characteristic bitterness which invites you to take a new sip.
