Description
Blonde and acidic Italian Grape Ale, Reservoir Dogs Amon Fusto 20 Lt. (keykeg) was born in Slovenia as a brew interpretation strongly linked to the world of wine. This beer is refermented in wooden barrels in contact with pignolo skins from the Radikon winery, a vine known for its structure and intensity, which helps to define a complex aromatic profile and a marked acidic component. The passage in wood and the prolonged contact with the skins accentuate the vinous notes and the final dryness, making this drink particularly suitable for those seeking contamination between beer and wine. With an alcohol content of 7% and a bright blonde colour, it lends itself to serving in the glass, at a slightly higher temperature than classic lagers, to enhance its aromas. This beer is part of the Wine Side Story series, a line from the Slovenian brewery dedicated to hybridizations with the wine world. Ideal on tap for specialized venues and wine bars, it can accompany tasty cured meats, mature cheeses, white meat dishes or preparations with sweet and sour sauces, as well as contemporary cuisine that plays on contrasts between acidity and fattiness. In domestic contexts it lends itself to slow tasting, perhaps compared with structured red wines, to appreciate the peculiarities of this Italian Grape Ale style.
