Description
Toccalmatto Summer Supernova is a golden colored Summer Ale with an ABV of 4.6%, crafted to bring back all the immediacy and generous flavor that the industrial brewing world had tried to erase, much like revolutionary music was born out of industrial greyness. The malt base is rustic and round, while the bitterness, unapologetically British, comes from Challenger and East Kent Golding hops delivering herbal, black tea and bergamot notes reminiscent of an Earl Grey, rounded off by a touch of Citra hops adding a hint of citrus to the aromatic profile. A sip that will ideally transport you to your favorite English pub, probably back in 1994. Best served in a pint glass at a temperature of 6-8°C.
