Description
The "Pacific IPA" beer is characterized by its rich blend of tropical fruit and citrus aromas, intensified by the extensive use of hops right in the Cesarini area! Elements such as coconut, mango, papaya, pineapple and passion fruit, together with lime and pink grapefruit, are the flavors that emerge both on the nose and on the palate, thanks to the selection of hops from the Pacific Ocean region. In particular, the Japanese Sorachi Ace variety stands out, symbolized by the iconic Rising Sun on the label.
