Beer with a straw yellow color, with a white and persistent foam. On the nose, herbaceous notes dominate, accompanied by citrus and some hints of white fruit. In the mouth the ibu are immediately felt on the palate, some tropical notes prevail and the persistence of the hops even in the aftertaste. Dry, dry beer with a bitter edge. Curiosity: as home producers we often used hop bags to give aromas and scents to the beer. During the boiling and whirlpool phases we used to witness the sinking and emerging phases of these small precious pockets, hence the idea of ??calling this beer "Hoppy Fish" therefore Hoppy Fish! Two key figures are identified on the label, the butler with very long arms taken from Monty Python's "The Meaning of Life" (1983) and a Bully Fish with a stylized head of hops.
