Maceration for 3 days in concrete, then 6 months in fibreglass. Fresh and rich in nuances, hints of yellow fruit, balsamic notes of fennel, celery and flowers. The drink is agile, fresh, the maceration gives a fullness of flavor and a little tannin which closes and recalls the drink.
