Description
War Osanna Wheat beer inspired by the ancient Bavarian tradition. It is produced using 60% of Senatore Cappelli malted wheat, an ancient grain with a rustic profile known for being the "father" of durum wheat and considered "meat of the poor", for its excellent nutritional characteristics, and the remaining 40% of home-produced barley malt. Deep golden in colour, it has a very fine and stable white foam. The generous carbonation brings out traditional and delicate fruity notes, reminiscent of banana and vanilla with a spicy hint. It finishes dry, thirst-quenching, absolutely not bitter. Produced with traditional techniques, unfiltered, without the use of process aids.
