The hops were sourced in America, where they belonged: T90 and Cryo selected batch by batch, sniffed in person, because trusting is fine but checking for yourself is better. Completing the picture is DynaBoost Simcoe, added not for show but to push the flavour exactly where it needs to go; cleaner, deeper, more precise. On the nose it opens with resin, pine needles and lemon zest, then comes that darker, more surprising layer of blueberry and red berry fruit, just to remind you that Simcoe is never just one thing and never will be.
