Description
Colore rossastro con riflessi bruni e schiuma rossa effervescente. Fermentata in botte con una miscela di Brettanomyces, Pedicoccus e Lactobacillus, maturata per 18 mesi nella stessa con aggiunta di mirtilli biologici delle Asturie, circa 100 grammi per litro. Si apprezzano note di caramello, legno, cuoio e frutta rossa matura.
