La grande onda west coast ipa - 6%, prodotta con malto pils e pale di origine italiana, viene aggiunta anche una piccola percentuale di avena per rendere la bevuta più morbida. la luppolatura è ovviamente dirompente e caratterizzata da note di papaya, passion fruit e ananas che dominano sia l'aroma che il gusto. l'amaro è calibrato e gentile e invoglia a berne a secchiate.
