Alessio Brandolini Riesling I Prà "I Prà" comes from pure Riesling Renano grapes. The grapes are inserted whole into the press and fermented at low temperature. The wine ages for 10 months in steel and in bottle for at least 3 years. The impact on the nose is intense: ripe white fruit, balsamic herbs and hydrocarbons. Balanced, warm, with great structure. Pairings with white meats and mature cheeses. Serving temperature between 10 and 12 degrees. Contains Sulphites.
