A white wine born from the silent dialogue between the land and those who know how to listen. The vines that make up this cuvée grow on gentle slopes at the foot of the garrigue, east-facing, rooted in clay-limestone soils that bring structure and mineral tension to every glass. The cool summer nights — around 15°C — are the hallmark of Château Puech Redon's terroir: a lively, refined natural acidity that runs through every bottle. In the vineyard, the approach is strictly organic: every operation — from pruning to soil management and treatments — is validated through careful, precise observation. Nothing is left to chance; everything is the result of attentive listening to the land. In the cellar, the grapes are whole-pressed and rapidly cooled to accelerate the settling process. The juice is then inoculated with a pre-formed vat base. Part of the juice ferments in oak barrels, the rest in vats — a dual approach that delivers complexity and freshness in perfect balance. In the glass, Apparente Blanc 2025 is fresh and full of character: on the nose the bouquet is fresh and complex, with elegant floral and fruity notes. On the palate the attack is delicate and fresh, underpinned by a fine minerality that faithfully reflects the terroir. The finish is clean, direct and elegant.
