Crocizia Marcovaldo Bianco Bag In Box Still white wine, obtained from aromatic Malvasia di Candia grapes (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%). Ten days of maceration in contact with the skins. Aging in steel tanks for about a year. The fermentations start spontaneously. Like Calvino's character, Marcovaldo is a spontaneous, naive and somewhat dreamy wine. Contains Sulphites.
