Description
Danielli Qugi is a distinctive white wine crafted from a blend of Trebbiano, Verdello, Malvasia, and Chardonnay grapes sourced from different vineyards aged between 30 and 55 years. The vineyards are located at elevations ranging from 300 to 400 meters above sea level on clay-rich soils that provide structure, complexity, and mineral balance to the wine. The winemaking process follows a careful artisanal approach: all grape varieties undergo around 5 days of skin maceration, while the Chardonnay remains in contact with the skins for up to 30 days, contributing greater aromatic depth, texture, and character. Vinification takes place in fiberglass tanks and barriques, a combination that preserves freshness and varietal purity while adding elegant soft and spicy nuances. The bouquet reveals ripe fruit, candied citrus, aromatic herbs, and delicate toasted notes, while the palate is broad, persistent, and layered with complexity. A structured and versatile white wine, ideal for pairing with flavorful seafood dishes, white meats, and aged cheeses.
