After complete destemming, they are sent to spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature, with frequent pumping over. The wine is then aged for 3 to 6 months in steel. This ruby ??red wine reveals an intense nose that expresses lovely aromas of red fruits. This Anjou will seduce you with its round and flexible character and its delicate and silky texture. It can age for 3 to 5 years.
