Azienda Agricola Eugenio Bocchino signs this 2021 vintage with the artisanal precision of those who know every inch of their vineyards. 100% Nebbiolo sourced from two outstanding crus: Bricco San Pietro (80%) and Bricco delle Viole (20%), with south-facing exposure and vines ranging from 25 to 42 years of age. A clay soil at 450 metres above sea level delivers minerality, structure, and uncommon ageing potential. The winemaking is entirely natural: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 30 days of skin contact with no temperature control. No interference — only respect for the raw material. Ageing takes place over 18 months in seasoned oak barrels, followed by one year of rest in bottle. No fining, no filtration. A wine that is whole, alive, and authentic. The nose reveals the classic hallmarks of Nebbiolo — dried rose, tar, spice — while on the palate the tannic structure asserts itself with elegance, built to evolve gracefully over the years.
