VINO Le Coste Pizzicante Rosato 2022 75 Cl.

Le Coste Pizzicante Rosato 2022 Obtained from pure Aleatico grapes, harvested at the end of August. Completely destemmed, after a few hours in contact with the skins, the grapes are softly pressed. The free-run must ferments for about two weeks, then, once the right sugar level has been reached, it is bottled without any additions. The secondary fermentation and refinement last about a year. After disgorging, it rests in the bottle for at least 3 months before being marketed. It has an intense rosé color, with a fragrant and aromatic nose, elegant with notes of strawberry and blood orange. In the mouth it has great balance and freshness, the right structure, drinkability and a persistent finish with citrus notes.
