Lesom Funky Monkey From pure Riesling grapes, spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of sulfur dioxide and without clarification. Fermented and matured in a 1000 liter "Mosel Fuderholz" barrel. It presents itself with a slight cloudiness, the mineral character and acidity characteristic of the vine immediately emerge. In the mouth it is complex, with good body and structure, with light notes of caramel given by the barrel. A wine that changes in contact with the air, becoming more and more interesting.
