Lesom Matrioshka From pure Riesling grapes, spontaneous fermentation, very light addition of sulfur dioxide. Produced according to the Kabinet Riesling standards, therefore maintaining a small percentage of residual sugar to balance the important acidity of the wine. Obtained from the assembly of two masses, one refined in barrique and the other in steel. Very balanced acidity and sweetness, fine, elegant, fruity, floral, intriguing, tasty, long-lasting.
