Lesom Naked Cat From pure Riesling grapes from a 50-year-old vineyard located in Briedel, in the Central Moselle. A pet-nat vinified with 12 hours of maceration on the skins, without the addition of sulfur dioxide and unfiltered. The color is opaque golden straw yellow, the nose is spicy and acidic but fresh, the taste is creamy, soft, fine, with an elegant touch of carbon dioxide.????
