Mathilde and Stephen Durieu Lou.Y Es-Tu? From pure Gamay grapes from approximately 70-year-old vineyards. Vinified with carbonic maceration for eight days, fermentation and aging in concrete tanks. No pumping over or pigeage is carried out for a delicate extraction and the fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. Gamay offers generous fruitfulness that combines with the minerality of the sandy and granitic soil. An agile red, with a slim body, it goes very well with white meats, cured meats and cheeses.
