VINO Regina del Quartuccio Caron Demonio 75 Cl.

Regina del Quartuccio Caron Demonio Red wine obtained from Violone (Montepulciano), Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, coming from old vineyards located south of Viterbo. The harvest takes place manually in wooden boxes, with selection of the bunches in the vineyard. It is vinified with maceration on the skins for 10 days in concrete and follows aging in large exhausted barrels and fiberglass. A red with a fruity and floral bouquet, the sip is fresh and flows easily on the tongue, the finish is savory and with marked but not invasive tannins. Ideal with red meats and game.
