From Ottonese, Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano, Moscato grapes, 24 hours of maceration on the skins, soft pressing with a pneumatic press, spontaneous fermentation and aging in fibreglass. A simple, quick and fun drinking wine. The nose opens with hints of apricot and exotic fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, with an agility that makes it less funky and rustic than past vintages, but with the same drinkability and lightness as always.
