Description
Saverlo Rosso 2025 is a red wine by Sieman, a producer from Villaga in the Colli Berici in Veneto, crafted from a blend of Tai Rosso (80%) and Corbinona (20%) grown on calcareous soils with the presence of basalt, terrains that imprint the wine with a marked minerality and a gustatory tension of great personality. Vinification, entrusted to spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for both varieties, follows distinct paths: the Tai Rosso macerates for seven days on the skins, extracting structure, colour and depth, while the Corbinona undergoes a brief semi-carbonic maceration with the stems, a technique that enhances its fresh fruitiness and drinkability. Ageing in oak wood completes the wine's profile, adding complexity and roundness without ever overpowering its territorial nature. Vinified and bottled without any treatment or filtration, it may present a natural sediment at the bottom, an authentic sign of the genuineness and artisanal approach of its producer.
