Val di Sole Utopia From 100% Moscato Nero grapes, harvested manually on 22 and 27 August and placed in small 10 kg boxes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration on the skins for 8 months. This wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, with the addition of only 20mg/L of sulfur dioxide at the time of bottling. Contains Sulphites.
