Description
Crocizia Ciderpunk 2019 Depending on the vintage, it can contain more than twenty different types of apple varieties, some harvested in semi-abandoned fields. Processing, fermentation and aging take place in glass demijohns, with spontaneous refermentation in the bottle, without the use of added sulphur. It has a juicy, slim and invigorating body, with a pleasant effervescence, enveloped in fragrant aromas of apple and fresh fruit.
