Description
Blind Engineer is an Imperial stout aged in Port barrels for 12 months. Designed to achieve depth and balance between the flavors of dark chocolate and caramel and the elegance of the Port barrel. Notes of berries and dried plum dance on a carpet of coffee, bitter cocoa and liquorice spread by toasted malts. Drink it like a Port, slightly cold and combined with a good dark chocolate.
