Description
The Cutina Liquorice Liqueur is produced by expertly mixing Calabrian Liquorice from the famous Amarelli company with water and sugar. Once a uniform state has been reached, the liquid is filtered to eliminate any residues that could affect the organoleptic properties of the final product; finally pure alcohol is added. Everything is left to refine for around 15-20 days before being bottled.
The Cutina Licorice Liqueur thus acquires its typical mellowness, restoring the sweet-bitter intensity of the roots to the palate.
