Description
Ireland has a long history of distilling, longer than Scotland, some say. In recent years there has been a resurgence in the number of distilleries, both new and old, opening. Our classic Irish single malt comes from Cooley in Dundalk. The nose is fresh and crisp, with juicy apple, while spicy notes of vanilla come forward from the oak. The palate is oily, with a fragile bite of apple acidity, which adds liveliness.
