Fermented like a lager. but with the soul of an IPA. bottom-fermenting yeast is used, but pushed to the limit to bring out more fruit, more aroma, more character. straw yellow, it has a tropical scent thanks to the American and Australian hops. in the mouth it is dry, fresh and with a bitterness that refreshes and finishes cleanly. the hoppy answer to those who love beers to drink in series. a technical beer, but one that doesn't hold back.
