Alessandro Viola WHITE NOTES From 100% Grillo grapes, the main vine grown by Alessandro in the splendid setting of Alcamo. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in steel and refinement on the fine lees for 6 months, always and only in steel. On the nose withering wildflowers, marzipan, ripe yellow fruit and light marine/salty notes. In the mouth it is fresh, sunny, structured and tasty, with a pleasant aromatic persistence. Contains Sulphites.
