Notes of Rosso 2020 From Nero d'Avola 60% Syrah 30% and Nerello Mascalese 10% grapes, aged 70% in steel and 30% in exhausted chestnut tonneaux, with various passages behind. A harvest in early September, which makes the wine very fresh and acidic. Unfiltered, unclarified like all Alessandro's wines, without added sulphites. Medium-bodied wine, soft and enveloping, excellent throughout the meal. Contains Sulphites.
