Domaine Cady Cabernet d'Anjou AOP 2023 From 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Cabernet Franc grapes, the harvest is carried out manually to eliminate any damaged berries. After a short maceration, the grapes are pressed and sent to fermentation which occurs spontaneously at a controlled temperature. This is then followed by refinement for 3 to 5 months in steel. It offers an expressive nose that reveals an aromatic spectrum of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant). Soft and balanced palate, it offers a savory finish. A true delight to drink young, to enjoy all its elegant qualities.
