Fabio Ferracane Magico Merlot 2025 From pure Merlot grapes grown in the Pispisia district of Marsala, on clayey-sandy soil at around 40 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place manually at the end of August. It ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and is vinified with maceration on the skins for 12 days and refinement for a year and a half in steel tanks. With an intense, deep and impenetrable red color; on the nose it has a delicate aroma, with hints of cherry and wild blackberry; in the mouth it is compact and soft, velvety and with sweet tannins.
