Sieman Doppio Gioco 2021 – Red Wine From a blend of Tai Rosso and Turchetta grapes, an ancient native Venetian vine. Spontaneous fermentation in steel, 10-day maceration on the skins, without added sulfur. Half of the wine ferments together with the stems, the other half destemmed (hence the name of the wine). Aged in 500/700 liter oak barrels until spring, a wine that recalls French hints and nuances, from Beaujolais or Languedoc. Contains Sulphites.
