CELLARS Tirelli Druid (Freisa Grapes) 2019 Pure Freisa, from the Carezzare Cru, at 300 meters above sea level, with clay-limestone soil. Manual harvest at the beginning of September, fermentation and aging in cement with 15 days of maceration. Intense ethereal bouquet with notes of blackberry, morello cherry and plum, dry, full flavour, violet, cinchona, plum, currant, spices. Perfect with fatty, grilled dishes, mature and blue cheeses, bitter chocolate. Contains Sulphites.
