Celeste is born, the first wine from Torres in Ribera del Duero.
Comments: Celeste is an opulent wine, full of aromas, body and colour, as unique as a night sky in Ribera del Duero. It shows very intense aromas and colour, with spicy notes of liquorice and black pepper on a background of ripe fruit (blackberries and cherries).
On the palate it is persistent, full-bodied, with a good tannic structure.
Serving suggestions: with fruity characteristics and a good tannic structure, this wine preferably pairs with meat dishes, such as roasts and small game.
Serve at a temperature of 16-17 °C.
