Vanempo Tramonto 2018 Sangiovese 75%, Canaiolo 15% and Malvasia Nera 10%. Two and a half hectares planted 50 years ago, 300 meters above sea level, facing south. The terroir is clayey and calcareous, rich in skeleton. Vinification in steel for 20 days, then 18 months in barrique. An intense, balanced, fascinating wine that recalls red fruits and undergrowth. Evident complexity, beautiful acidity, rich minerality, elegant and velvety tannin.
