Description
A primary maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels softened the whiskey and allowed the characteristic flavor profile of Filey Bay whiskeys to develop, whilst a secondary, final maturation in toasted and charred ex-red wine barrels brought a wonderful rich color and delicious red fruit flavors to this whisky. Light, floral and fruity with flavors of red fruits, vanilla ice cream and toasted oak.
